So I failed to photo yesterday.
Here's a "Where's Waldo" photo I took this morning.
Can you spot the grasshopper? (Well, okay, he IS right in the middle - if you click on the photo, he's right there, staring straight at ya).
Those are bad for the garden, correct?
I didn't have the heart/courage to 'remove' him.

I don't know about grasshoppers, but I do know that you need to start cutting your sweetpeas! Cut a few every day, or they'll stop flowering! A little vase of sweetpeas on a table is a lovely thing!
ReplyDeleteUm, I do! Okay, not EVERY day... and I will say that this particular section needs some pruning, but every time I start pulling on what I think is a dead section, I end up with flowers on the end of it! But the other side has loads of color!
ReplyDeleteOK! I just didn't know if you knew that! The first year I grew sweetpeas, I left them on the plants because they made the garden so pretty. Then I was very perplexed when they stopped flowering.
ReplyDeleteI kind of like grasshoppers. I used to chase them around the backyard as a child. My best friend, however, is terrified of them!
ReplyDeleteIt would be easier if he was wearing a little stripey scarf and glasses! I'm loving your flower photos, E!
