Spent a lovely afternoon with mom and dad at Disney Concert Hall with the LA Philharmonic.
Not my first time there, but my first time hearing the organ!!! OMG.

Dvorák: Nocturne in B, Op. 40
Beethoven: Violin Concerto
Strauss: Also sprach Zarathustra (aka 2001: A Space Odyssey)

ReplyDeleteAnd the sunshine - it's been 99/96 degrees the last couple of days! A bit much for me, but hopefully won't last.
I do love the sunshine though!
Wow! Now that is gorgeous! I wish the Philharmonic I used to work for was housed in such a pretty place!
